Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, spacers, or accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Uberbike HQ

Affix your return label and ship the package via a tracked service to our warehouse; please keep your postage receipt until the refund is processed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the components, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
