How do I know which brake pads are compatible with my bike?
We provide a comprehensive compatibility guide on each product page. Simply match your brake model series to the specifications listed, or use our 'Search by Model' tool to find the exact fit for your calipers.
What is the difference between your various brake pad compounds?
We offer Organic, Semi-Metallic, Sintered, and Race Matrix compounds. Organic offers great initial bite and low noise; Sintered is best for durability in wet conditions; and Race Matrix provides maximum stopping power for competitive gravity riding.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered in 1-3 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 5-10 business days depending on the selected courier service.
Can I return a component if it has already been installed?
To ensure safety and quality standards, we can only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging. We cannot accept returns on components that have been fitted or used on a trail.
Do your components come with a warranty?
Yes, all Uberbike components are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or damage resulting from improper installation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as secure payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
